Our last travel blog dates back to the end of January 2017, when we wrote about the beauty of Myanmar. After our six-month journey through South-East Asia it was time to get back to work! As you might have read in one of our previous blog post, during our trip we came up with the idea of Flo-Bro One: a universal water filter for travellers.
Upon our arrival back in Europe, we started working on this idea, and a lot has happened since – a quick overview:
One of the latest developments is a trip to China. What better city to test our water filter than Beijing, the capital of China, hosting more than 4.4 million international travellers per year. Check out the video to find out how I filtered my own water in the center of Beijing:
The next step in getting Flo-Bro One to the market is the launch on Kickstarter on the 7th of November. We are launching on Kickstarter for two main reasons:
- Collect the necessary funds to get the production going
- Raise awareness about our water filter, and about our mission to make travelling more sustainable
